We want you to be happy with your Khalqi order. Please read the details below, as our unstitched lawn suits have specific conditions around returns and exchanges.
Important: Unstitched Fabric Because our suits are sold unstitched, once the fabric has been cut, altered, or stitched, it cannot be returned or exchanged. Please review the shirt length and fabric width on the product page carefully before sending your order for stitching.
Eligibility for Return/Exchange You may request a return or exchange the same day of delivery if:
- The item is unused, unstitched, and in its original packaging with tags intact
- The item received is damaged, defective, or different from what was ordered
- The wrong item or an incomplete set was delivered
Non-Returnable Items
- Any item that has been cut, altered, or stitched
- Items without original packaging or tags
- Items purchased on final sale (if applicable)
How to Request a Return/Exchange

- Our team will review your request and confirm eligibility
- Refunds/exchanges are processed once the item is received and inspected
Refunds
- Refunds for prepaid orders are issued to the original payment method after approval
- Refunds for COD orders are issued via
client's provided payment method - Shipping charges are

Order Cancellations Orders can be cancelled free of charge before dispatch. Once an order has been dispatched, it can no longer be cancelled but may be eligible for return under the policy above.
